Rebuilds

All drifter rebuilds and rock drill servicing is conducted from our three workshops located in Kalgoorlie (Western Australia), Brisbane (Queensland) and Melbourne (Victoria). All workshops are set up extensively with required machinery and tooling to carry out comprehensive servicing and testing of rock drills such as skimming, polishing, and reworking worn housing and mating faces. 

Servicing procedures adhere to strict quality control standards of each stage of the rebuild process and all units are fully pressure tested prior to dispatch.

Our three service centers allow us to service the entire mining industry and our knowledge encompasses the whole landscape of mining – this in-depth industry experience enables us to give best advice on operating and maintaining rock drills.

Each rock drill service comes with an in-depth report detailing the level of maintenance required and steps to correct issues.

Our record keeping is second to none, we understand the importance of this data in highlighting and acting on trends. It is vital for benchmarking and tracking improvement.
