Retrofit 1838 kit
Our open-atmosphere Retrofit front head extends service life by greatly reducing the risk of flushing water entering the drifter compared with the closed atmosphere design as flushing water can readily exit the head rather than pass into the drifter.
We have a floating seal carrier to align with the shank, which reduces flushing water bypass.
An added benefit of our Retrofit front head is shanks with up to 52 mm diameter can be used, increasing the capability of the rock drill.
